Werner Reiterer

Born 1964 in Graz, Austria, Werner Reiterer lives and works in Vienna. He studied graphic art at the Akademie der bildenden Künste (Academy of Fine Arts) in Vienna. He has created numerous public art works, including Ghost Train in the Cologne subway (2013); Time Maker for the University of Applied Sciences (FHNS) in Brugg, Switzerland (2013); Crash at the main square in Leibnitz (2013), Speakers Corner in the Technische Museum Wien (2009); and for the Austrian Sculpture Park near Graz (2004). He has also worked on many projects for art in architecture. His sculptures, photographs, installations, and drawings have most recently been shown in the Kunstmuseum Bonn (2013), the ZKM Karlsruhe (2012), and the Belvedere Vienna (2009), among other venues.
